Responsibilities:

+ Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential facilities located on Federal Property

+ Assist other tradespeople with material handling, site-preparation for daily workload and other duties assigned

+ Operate and maintain hand and power tools of multiple trades, and keep them in working order

+ Read blueprints and follow site-specific safety procedures

Qualifications:

+ Be eligible to work in the United States

+ Must be able to complete / pass pre-employment screening to work on federal property

+ 2+ years' paid / verifiable construction experience

+ Have basic tools and bring them to work daily

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle physically demanding work

+ Familiarity with OSHA safety standards, PPE usage, and jobsite protocols

+ Comfortable using a variety of construction tools and materials

+ Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

+ Willingness to take direction and contribute as part of a team

+ Have full PPE and wear it on-site at all times
