    Job Description

    + Work with new hires with onboarding experience

    + Integrate AI into the HR workflow and how to help the plant

    + Engagement action items from survey

    + Any projects or areas the candidate as a special interest in learning

    + Have office hours in Distribution, working more face-to-face with that group

    **Dates of internship:** mid/late May-early/mid August 2026

    Requirements

    **Educational Requirements** **:** The qualified candidate will be a junior or senior in an undergraduate program with a degree focus in Human Resources. Graduate students also considered.
