    Job Description

    To operate the Evaporator, Dryer and or Pasteurizer in a manner to maximize through put, and maintain quality

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Pulling fluid inventory every night.

    + Pasteurize all cream to the butter room

    + CIP Processing / Evaporator

    + CIP lines

    + Good house keeping

    + Maintain accurate and orderly production logs.

    + Notify supervisor or lead of any problems that might come up.

    + Operating the Evaporator, Dryer and or Pasteurizer

    + Pulling samples for lab.

    + Perform required functions within SAP program.

    + Adhere to all DFA Quality and Food Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity

    + Adhere to all DFA Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity

    + Adhere to all DFA GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity

    + Making adjustment to the Evap. and Dryer to maximize the run time.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Required Minimum Qualifications:

    Education and Experience

    + Powder Bagging and Receiving experience

    _Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities_

    + Basic math skills.

    + Good knowledge of the processing area and the butter room
