What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.

+ Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials of visitors, employees, and vendors as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Assist with emergency response activities when required, including communicating with first responders and management.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs as directed by Allied Universal and client requirements.

+ Support a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members regarding security-related matters and site-specific information.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
