What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies as appropriate.

+ Monitor access control points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain authorized access to the logistics and distribution location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Document and report any irregularities, property damage, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal guidelines.

+ Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as necessary to address security-related incidents.

+ Maintain thorough knowledge of site-specific procedures and protocols unique to logistics and distribution environments.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
