    Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) –School-Based Contract

     

    Start Date: January 4, 2026

     

    Duration: Through the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year (withpotential extension)

     

    About the Role

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking Speech Language Pathologists(SLPs) for 2–3 school-based positions in Burnsville, NC. These are full-time,in-person roles serving elementary-aged students.

    Available Positions:

    + Full-Time: Remainder of the school year (current caseload ~30 students)

    + MAT Leave Coverage: January–March (potential extension through end of year)

     

    Schedule & Details

     

    + Hours: 38 hours/week

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    + Caseload: Elementary ages, one main school, some Pre-K services

    + Weekly Pay: Every Friday

    + Travel candidates: Accepted but not preferred (see pay package below)

    Requirements

    + Active SLP license in North Carolina

    + Must be licensed through NCDPI

    + Pediatric experience required ; school experience preferred

    + In-person availability
