Job Summary
**Auburn Athletics is excited to begin the search for a Special Event Intern!** Interns with the Auburn Athletics Special Event Crew assist with the planning and execution of special events, as well as any administrative duties necessary.
Essential Functions
+ Assist with the planning and execution of special events.
+ Learn and become familiar with all Auburn Athletics venues.
+ Form relationships with vendors and clients.
+ Assist in daily administrative duties such as filing, copying, and printing.
+ Assist in the guidance of setup and breakdown for special events.
+ Assist Event Coordinator.

Minimum Qualifications
+ Enrolled student at Auburn University
+ At least 18 years of age
Expectations:
+ Ability to work in variable weather conditions with loud crowd noise
+ Ability to work both weekdays and weekends, 10-20 hours a week
+ Ability to work during all Auburn Athletics home games
+ Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
+ Working knowledge of the following Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as basic audio-visual knowledge
+ Ability to independently interpret and follow any verbal or written instruction, including floorplan and event details, with minimal supervision.
