The Position As a member of the Total Rewards CoE, the Global Employee Shares Manager will be responsible for managing and administering the company's global employee share plans. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, managing the day-to-day operations of the plans, and communicating with employees and other stakeholders. Relationships This position reports to the Head of Global Employee Shares. Collaborates with the Global Total Rewards & Mobility Partners, Global HR Business Partners as well as other functions within Novo Nordisk, Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, etc. Interacts with all levels of management and executives on various equity topics. Other relationships include external vendors such as Computershare, Willis Towers Watson, Tapestry, and professional organizations (such as NASPP & GEO). Essential Functions
Physical Requirements 0-10% overnight travel required. Qualifications
