Open to candidates anywhere in the greater United States SUMMARY: The Senior Manager Sales Training and Development is primarily responsible for managing the product training associated with one or more products in Lundbeck's Neurology portfolio. This position will be responsible for creating and delivering sales training curriculum to the field sales organization and other teams as needed. This position is expected to collaborate internally with marketing, sales, sales training, and commercial operations team members to develop a coordinated sales training strategy and approach for supported brands. This position will be involved with budget management, vendor management, providing mentorship to field training support, and creating and executing the organization's training and development plan. Finally, this position ensures that all promotional activities are in accordance with operational guidelines and aligns initiatives with Lundbeck's Beliefs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
