Qualifications and Responsibilities for a Recent Graduate:

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

4. Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.

5. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division.

6. Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and case preparation.

7. Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, agreements, judgments and court pleadings.

8. Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other shareholders.
