Job Description
Talent consultants partner closely with leaders on a wide variety of talent topics, including:
+ Organizational design effectiveness, and workforce analysis
+ Internal mobility, strategic talent planning, review, succession planning
+ Talent upskilling/reskilling, training, learning and development
+ Transformation and Change management
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
+ Typically has 10 more years of human resources, business or managerial experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
+ Ideal candidate has worked in a financial services/banking or retail industries and possesses business acumen
+ Experience with non-exempt employee population is helpful
+ Highly skilled communicator and listener
+ Demonstrated skills as a collaborative partner within an HR model that relies on COE partnership
+ Strategic HR partner with experience supporting executives as a trusted advisor
+ Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, recognize trends and recommend action
+ Ability to recognize needs, solve problems, anticipate issues, and develop employee centric solutions using strong analytical, business and financial acumen
+ Highly skilled interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills, particularly in building relationships with business leaders and presenting to senior leader
Location:
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. Role may travel up to 50% of the time.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $123,165.00 - $144,900.00 - $159,390.00
