Marketing Manager Job Description
The Marketing Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
+ Collaborate closely with leadership to develop an annual marketing plan
+ Execute marketing plan throughout the year
+ Collect on-the-job photo and video content for marketing purposes
+ Maintain, optimize, and post content on company social media accounts
+ Analyze return on investment and compare sales and call lead volume to budgets to determine most efficient marketing campaigns
+ Collaborate with and oversee our 3rd party digital marketing vendor
+ Design and manage email, direct mail, SMS, and online digital marketing campaigns
+ Creation, design, and distribution of printed marketing materials
+ Oversight of new website design
+ Research competition to stay current on industry products and services
+ Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing customers
+ Maintain a positive brand image to the community
+ Assess current marketing and advertisement trends and determine most effective marketing strategies
+ Assist in recruiting efforts as needed
Marketing Manager Job Requirements
The Marketing Manager should possess the following experience, skills, characteristics, and abilities:
+ Positive attitude
+ Minimum 10 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role OR bachelor’s degree in marketing (or a related field of study) with minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role
+ Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and SEO
+ Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and design software
+ Time management and highly organized to meet deadlines and accomplish company goals
+ Exceptional follow-through capability
