+ Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
+ Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.
+ Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
+ Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
+ Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
+ Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.
Schedule Options:
+ Sunday – Thursday 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm
+ Tuesday - Saturday 2pm-10pm/3pm-11pm/4pm-12am
Requirements
TS/SCI with poly required
+ 10 years of related experience and a Bachelor of Science
+ 5 years of additional experience may be substituted for a degree
+ Customer Service Data Entry
+ Microsoft Office
+ Windows
+ Active Directory desired
+ ServiceNow ticketing desired
One or More of the Following Certifications Required:
+ A+
+ CCNA Security
+ CND
+ Network+
+ SSCP
+ CySA+
+ GICSP
+ GSEC
+ Security+
+ CASP+
+ CCNP Security
+ CISA
+ CISSP (or Associate)
+ GCED
+ GCIH
+ CCSP
