Role: Customer Experience Specialist

As the Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll have a chance to make your mark in a culture based on motivation, inspiration and a drive to make a difference. Areas of involvement will include:
+ Handle incoming orders and arranging delivery
+ Communicate with 3rd party transport company for delivery issues
+ Support external sales team with product related queries
+ Liaise with internal warehouse and procurement team for backorder management
+ Work with credit control to answer any invoice queries
+ Manage complaints through to resolution in line with company policy
+ Adhere to all internally aged SLAs
What you’ll get
+ Salary £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience

+ Demonstrable customer care experience – Essential
+ Effective communication and problem solving – Essential
+ Ability to multitask and prioritise workload – Essential
+ Customer Service qualification – Desirable
+ Previous experience of SAP – Desirable
