SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Senior Learning Specialist will support the design, development, and execution of enterprise-wide related training programs and other centrally led and supported programs to enhance employee development while ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals and values
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Contribute in efforts to define, develop and/or refine learning and development strategies, programs, and content.
+ Manage the coordination and facilitation of training via in-person classes, virtual workshops/events, or e-learning platforms.
+ Partner with functional leaders and subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop/recommend the training approach, objectives and modalities; Proactively refine and optimize learning deliverables
+ Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness and application of the training
+ Create and maintain program materials (e.g., presentation decks, course outlines, job aids, handouts, etc.).
+ Design course content in-house and/or recommend outside instructional design support, as applicable.
+ Participate in the creation of a portfolio of learning programs and training paths for skills and career development.
+ All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
**KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:** (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)
+ Bachelor's degree in a learning or business discipline, or certification in Performance Technology, Instructional Design, Adult Learning is strongly preferred.
+ 5 years of experience in instructional design, as well as 3 years in technical/product application training facilitation.
+ Proficient or have strong knowledge of e-learning authoring tools Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Adobe Creative Suite desired.
+ Excellent analytical skills, and experience using learning management systems (LMS) to drive the delivery of learning solutions.
+ Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or in a similar role applying adult learning principles & methodologies to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content, material/media (audio, video, simulations role play, games, etc.)
+ Skilled facilitator, both in-person and virtually.
+ Working knowledge of UX/UI principles for designing engaging and user-friendly learning experiences.
