This role offers a consistent schedule from noon to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some Saturday coverage for school events.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Comprehensive Athletic Training Services** : Perform assessments, first aid, and rehabilitation training procedures.

    + **Patient Care** : Plan and implement effective rehabilitation programs, assist physicians with screenings, and provide pain relief treatments.

    + **Documentation** : Maintain accurate patient records, set goals, and document referrals to the Sports Medicine Center.

    Bachelor's Degree in a related field

    Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

    Certification as an athletic trainer by the Board of Certification (BOC).

     

    Licensed as an athletic trainer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

     

    Emergency Cardiac Care that covers the following areas: adult & pediatric CPR, AED, airway obstruction, 2nd rescuer CPR, and barrier devices (e.g., pocket mask, bag valve mask).

     

    CPR is required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.

    + Act 33 with renewal

    + Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
