The Cape and Islands District Attorney's Office serves all of the people of the Cape and Islands with offices in Barnstable, Orleans, Falmouth, Edgartown and Nantucket. We are seeking an Assistant District Attorney for the District Court. The Assistant District Attorney – District Court represents the Commonwealth in accordance with the District Attorney’s statutory authority in the various courts for the Cape and Island District, the Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court.
