Position Summary

We are looking for a qualified Digital M edia S pecialist to join our team to help lead our marketing efforts using new media and digital tools.

If you are creative and have the skills to create content for publication in marketing tools like social media, websites, podcasts and blogs, this position is for you. You will work with project teams across the United States (and globe) to create media content - video, photography, podcast, animation - to capture the value, impact of our projects and the people who deliver them. This position will sit in the downtown Philadelphia PA office,

Responsibilities

+ Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals

+ Create digital content ( video, photograph, podcast, animation)

+ Manage end-to-end digital projects

+ Maintain digital presence and brand awareness through consistent content creation/publication

+ Liaise with management, project teams to collaborate, brainstorm and ensure brand consistency

+ Travel to location for meetings, content production and collaboration

+ Monitor /track content engagement metrics

+ Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

Requirements

+ Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager

+ Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software

+ Experience with visual communication principles

+ Familiarity with web design and content management systems

+ Excellent analytical and project management skills

+ An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field

+ Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus

+ Must be eligible to work for any US Employer without visa sponsorship

Essential Functions: Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting to 20 pounds. Hand manipulation is required for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, as well as below the shoulder for same. Must be alert to equipment in the field, there will be travel, will work near construction job site equipment when in the field, occasional need to work near hazardous equipment and machinery, occasional need to walk on uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to noise, extremes in temperature or humidity, and work at heights.
