We’re looking for a Title Clerk/Accounts payable representative to join our team! $16-$20 per hour DOE Benefits:* Medical & Dental Plans * Paid time off & vacation * Flexible Work Schedule * Short & Long Term Disability * 401k Plan * Employee vehicle purchase plans * Growth Opportunities * HSA * Long term job security * Discounts on products & services * Paid training Responsibilities:  * Post vendor invoices into accounting system * Complete paperwork for dealer-traded new vehicles * Report dealer transfers to GM * Record all purchased vehicles into accounting system and update vehicle maintenance records * Balance vendors to statements * Contact vendors for missing invoices * Write payable checks * Will also be responsible for researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues * Maintain vendor files and vehicle inventory  * Will serve as a backup to the Title Clerk * Assist with other administrative functions Requirements: * 1-3 Years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting - preferably in a dealership * Must be customer-focused, be a team player, and be an effective communicator * Must have strong computer skills including Excel and a 10-key calculator  * Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds, basic working knowledge of automotive accounting preferred.
