• Rapid Response Team Lead

    GCyber (Arlington, VA)


    GCyber is seeking a Rapid Response Team Lead, to support a high profile DISA customer. As a Rapid Response Team Lead, you will maintain the integrity, security, and efficiency of networking infrastructures, ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

    As a Rapid Response Team Lead, you will:

    + Lead the Rapid Response Team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity incidents with urgency and expertise.

    + Develop and refine incident response protocols, ensuring alignment with the latest cybersecurity standards and emerging threats.

    + Oversee network asset documentation, configuration management, and the CMDB to support IT and security operations.

    + Conduct simulation exercises and incident analyses to enhance response effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

    + Collaborate with intelligence teams and stakeholders while ensuring ongoing training for the team to stay ahead of evolving threats.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    + Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance

    + Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field

    + 3+ years as a Lead Project Manager

    + 3+ years in a DoD IT environment

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
