Provide psychotherapeutic services including individual, family and group treatment for children and adolescents.

+ Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments for pediatric aged patients seeking behavioral health services.

+ Along with patient, and potential parent/guardian, develop treatment plans, including clear problem statement, treatment goal(s),with measurable, relevant objectives for a range of behavioral health concerns.

+ Able to provide individual, group, and family therapy services.

+ Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care.

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation records.

+ Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

+ Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on best practices in the field of behavioral health.

+ Advocate for patients and assist them in accessing community resources.

+ complete all mandatory AHS trainings and competencies as assigned.

Qualifications-

+ MA degree in Social work, Psychology or Counseling

+ LSW with approved Plan of Supervision Required. LCSW or LPC license highly pref.

+ Previous counseling experience with pediatric population in an outpatient setting.

+ Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week.

+ Bi-lingual a plus

Competencies -

+ Training and experience in Didactic Behavioral or Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy preferred.

+ Ability to multi - task, organize & prioritize workload required.

+ Ability to make complex and time pressured decision making with high degree of accuracy.

+ Experience with Standard Office Equipment (Phone, Fax, Copy Machine, Scanner, Email/Voice Mail) preferred.

+ Experience with MS Office
