    Job Description

    The Project Manager I will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects. This role involves coordinating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring project objectives are met within established timelines.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

    + Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.

    + Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.

    + Communicate with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status and address concerns.

    + Manage project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and reports.

    + Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.

    Other Duties:

    + Facilitate project meetings and workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

    + Mentor and coach junior team members on project management best practices.

    + Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

    Qualifications

    + Must have ability to travel up to 30%

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Excellent time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

    + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

    + Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field preferred.

    + 2-3 years of experience in project management or related role.

    Physical and Environmental Requirements:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, and use hands and fingers to operate computers, telephones and keyboards.

     

    Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds occasionally.

     

    Base salary*: $61,900- $78,100

     

    *This base salary range is used nationally. The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, skillset, market conditions, location, etc.
