    Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading financial organization in **Charlotte, NC** **(Need Local)** for a contract Mobile Developer to assist their team. It will be a Hybrid role.

     

    **Title:** Mobile Developer (iOS or Android)

    **Location:** Charlotte, NC (Need Local)

    **Duration:** 24+ months

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled Mobile Developer to build and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android. You’ll work closely with product teams to design, develop, and optimize apps, ensuring top performance, security, and a seamless user experience.

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop and maintain iOS and/or Android apps using Swift, Kotlin, or cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).

    + Collaborate with design and backend teams to implement new features.

    + Troubleshoot and optimize app performance across multiple devices and OS versions.

    + Manage app deployment to the App Store and Google Play.

    + Write unit tests and ensure high code quality.

    Qualifications:

    + Multiple years of mobile development experience with iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin), or cross-platform tools.

    + Familiarity with mobile UI/UX design principles and app deployment processes.

    + Experience with version control (Git), REST APIs, and debugging tools.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Preferred:

    + Experience with Firebase, CI/CD, or mobile security practices.
