Our Site/Civil Team in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Civil Engineer to lead and contribute to large, technically complex projects.

    As a key member of our team, you will:

    Guide a multidisciplinary approach to large, technically complex projects.

     

    *

     

    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior civil engineering staff.

     

    *

     

    Offer production support for building projects using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

     

    *

     

    Prepare civil design models and engineered drawings for plans such as site layouts, underground utilities, site grading, erosion and sediment control (E&S) plans, and stormwater and sanitary calculations.

     

    *

     

    Work on elevations, cross-sections, and details of typical site features related to civil engineering.

    This is a hybrid position with an expectation to be in the office 2-3 days per week.

     

    * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering

    * Professional Engineers (PE) license

    * 8+ years of professional engineering experience, including knowledge or previous experience with the following

    * Sizing of underground piping systems

    * Knowledge of underground utility systems, in particular gravity systems (stormwater and sanitary)

    * Knowledge of site engineering including site layout, parking, roadways, hardscape/softscape, site grading and utilities and modeling those systems

    * Zoning code reviews and analysis

    * Knowledge of Land Development Process, State, Federal and Local permitting processes and time lines

    * Data Center experience including Due Diligence, Master planning, Detailed design and modular design

    * PC Proficiency: Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Adobe, Blue Beam Revu, Microsoft Office

    * Proficient in Stormwater design, calculations, modeling, and Green infrastructure
