    You will provide

    advanced data and analytical support to UCLA Health System. Your

    responsibilities will include:

    + Development and management of databases that support efficient workflow and adhere to the specifications of regulatory agencies

    + Provides data support to data-driven performance improvement projects within UCLA Health system.

    + Prepare reports and Tableau dashboards and presents findings to health system leaders and teams.

    + Manage data-driven projects and assists with the identification of critical issues and development of solutions using the PDCA and Lean methodologies.

    + Work effectively with minimum supervision as part of a team and work productively with the department staff while assuring the maximum use of technology to promote efficient work systems

    Schedule: Fixed Hybrid

    Annual Salary Range:

    $83,800.00 - $179,400.00

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    + BS degree in statistics, Business, computer science, mathematics, or quantitative analysis related field or equivalent experience

    + Advance skill in Python, Tableau, SQL, R, Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint

    + Have 2+ experience in Clinical Data Analytics, Statistics, and Quality Measures

    + Have 3+ experience in advance analytical and quantitative skills

    + Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

    + Project management skills

    + Excellent understanding of the industry-specific issues, regulatory requirements, and current healthcare industry

    + Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment

    + Ability to think 'outside-the-box' and be creative to accomplish departmental goals

    + Ability to prioritize work and remain detail oriented

    + Ability to lead System wide complex projects

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills

    PREFERRED:

    + MBA or MS in quantitative analytical fields

    + 3+ year in Python, SQL, and Tableau experience

    + 3+ year experience in healthcare industry

    + 1+ year experience in data science (AI/ML), data management and data analysis

    + 1+ year experience in project management
