+ $60,000-$90,000 per year, based on experience

As a Landscape Architect your responsibilities will include

+ Collaborating with design team to create 2D and 3D landscape designs

+ Professionally communicating with clients through email, phone calls, virtual and face-to-face meetings

+ Create detailed 2D and 3D designs for estimating and construction purposes

+ Communicating with vendors and subcontractors to create accurate proposals

Required Experience

+ Must be a Licensed Landscape Architect in the state of North Carolina

+ Working knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling based programs

+ 2 years of experience in landscape architecture / design.

+ Computer skills including email, excel spreadsheets, and Google Suite

Ideal Qualifications and Skills

+ Professional landscape design experience that they don’t wonder if they have enough experience to apply.

+ Willing to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors if that’s what it takes to get something done

+ Knows all the hot keys in Autodesk AutoCAD

+ Can hand sketch - and those sketches are not stick figures

+ Jedi-level with AutoCAD + Rhino3d + Luminon to produce beautiful plans / renders

+ Gifted communicator

+ Gets stuff DONE!

+ A.A.S. or B.S. in landscape design, landscape architecture, or related field

This position is required to travel to job sites in the Triangle area.
