    Our client is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to join their dynamic team specializing in the design and manufacturing of atmospheric controlled melting furnaces for the specialty metals industry.

     

    Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the Electrical Engineer Manager will lead a team of Electrical Project Engineers within the Electrical Engineering Group to design power generation and control systems for industrial melting furnaces. The successful candidate will understand what it takes to design custom capital equipment and that is born of experience.

    Job Title: Electrical Engineering Manager

    **Location:** Rancocas, New Jersey

     

    Pay Range: $120,000-$150,000

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Coordinate department activities, establish priorities, assign staff to projects for the design of control systems, PLC software code, production and utilization of electric power, and power supply and transmission parts for industrial melting furnace systems.

    + Responsible for electrical designs compliant with regulatory requirements including, but not limited to OSHA, NFPA, and NEC.

    + Responsible for the management, growth and professional development of the electrical engineering team.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + B.S. in Electrical Engineering

    + 6+ years of Industrial experience, 2 years supervisory.

    + Technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Programming and control system design utilizing Rockwell AB and Siemens PLC platforms Preferred

    + US Citizen
