Job Description Summary: Performs implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance and support for agile software development to modernize systems. Applies advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction; mentors and may supervise team members. Bachelors degree and 5+ years directly related experience or Masters degree and 3+ years directly related experience. Years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree for certain roles. Certifications may be accepted in lieu of a degree for certain technical roles. Mentor and may supervise team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience with sof tware development 3+ years of experience with React, Node.js, Restful services, and/or APIs 3+ years leading a software development team Experience with Microservices Experience with Swagger, OpenAPI, or Postman Experience in leading a team of developers Experience with section 508 Compliance Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering Additional Qualifications: Experience with SQL, Git, Subversion, Jira, and Confluence Experience with integrating into COTS applications Experience with setting up continuous integration and continuous deployment ( CI / CD ) pipeline. Experience with performance testing to measure the screen's responsiveness Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client .
