    Summary of Role:

    Responsible for leading Customer Business Managers (CBM) as part of the extended foundry sales team.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    Responsible for leading Customer Business Managers (CBM) as part of the extended foundry sales team. This team is responsible for sales and client support from pre-order to order fulfillment through invoice in achievement of customer satisfaction. Manage CBM to develop and maintain client relationships for day-to-day business operations related to forecast, order and revenue fulfillment. Provide escalation path for customers to address fulfillment issues by enabling CBM to solve complex problems with long-term solutions. Liaise with territory Sales management to ensure CBM provide proactive sales support for the tactical horizon. Proactively report to the Director, Customer Business Management weekly forecast, revenue, and order fulfillment status. Provide business analytics reports for assigned territory to the Director, Customer Business Management and to leadership forums as needed. Drive organizational improvement efforts as outlined by the Director, Customer Business Management. Collaborate with other Manager, CBM and the Director, CBM on specialty projects as well as quarterly Key Performance Indicator, Management By Objective and Sales Incentive Plan measurement and scoring.

     

    Supervises 7-10 subordinates- job titles: Principal Specialists Customer Business Management and Lead Customer Business Management

    Other Responsibilities:

    + Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Education – Master's degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Business Administration, a related field, or a foreign equivalent

    + Experience – 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any engineering/marketing/supply chain related job titles. Applicants must have 2 years of experience in the following: (1) Developing client relationships; (2) managing day-to-
