    Sherman Associates wants YOU to join our team as the one of our Shift Supervisors at our East End location in Minneapolis. As a Starbucks Shift Leads you are driven by a deep sense of purpose.     Schedule: We are currently seeking part-time and full-time availability to include both weekdays and weekends.

     

    Pay: $19.50/hour + tips.

    Our Shift Supervisors bring the Starbucks experience to life by:

    + assisting in the management of store operations

    + delighting and uplifting customers through a human connection

    + follows up with baristas during the shift to ensure the delivery of legendary customer service for all customers

    + models and acts in accordance with Sherman's core values

    This is a Sherman Associates owned Starbucks franchise location.

    Required Experience:

    We’d Love to Hear from Candidates With:

    + Previous Starbucks/Coffee experience (preferred)

    + Strong customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

    + Open availability ranging from 5am - 7pm

     

    Hours vary including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
