    **Title:** Community Benefit Data Analyst Sr

    **Facility:** BayCare System Office (Hybrid)

    Responsibilities:

    + The position reports to the Director of Community Benefit.

    + Under the direction of the Director, the position will develop system-wide evaluation of internal and external Community Benefit program investments, and advise Director on project status and outcomes.

    + Utilize Python, VBA, and other high-level programming languages to automate data collection, ETL processes, data visualization, and report distribution.

    + Understands and has experience with data warehouses, APIs, business analytics platforms, and database platforms.

    + Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of analytics and reporting to meet the data decision needs.

    + In partnership with the Sponsored Programs and Research team, extract patient data from medical record databases and perform advanced statistical analysis for approved research studies.

    + Collaborate with Clinical Outcomes and Quality teams to identify programs and policies that affect SDOH-related quality outcomes.

    + Utilizes multiple databases and systems to develop interactive dashboards and analyze and report innovative representations of data by using business intelligence-related technology.

    + Analyze report content and consolidate/transform data into interactive dashboards.

    + Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to provide leaders and stakeholders with access to timely and relevant data for making informed strategic decisions.

    + Provide data-driven insights and reports to external departments and leaders to promote health equity system-wide.

    Experience:

    + Required - 5 Years Data Analytics

    + Preferred - Data Analytics in Healthcare

    Education

    + Required - Master's Degree in Public Health, Biostatistics, or Epidemiology
