    Envision is hiring Direct Care Professionals who are interested in helping uphold our mission to enhance the quality of life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Weld County.

    Shifts Available:

    Flexible full-time hours are available, in Day Program and Residential Program

    36-hour work week is full time

    Pay Rate: $17.70/hour

    Required Experience:

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Must be at least 18 years of age and have a drivers license for at least two years.

    + High School Diploma / GED required.

    + Ability to complete training in the areas of first Aid/CPR, medication administration, defensive driving, behavior management and crisis intervention.

    + Employment is contingent on the results of a required post offer drug screening test and criminal back ground check.

    + Must have motor vehicle, provide proof of automobile insurance, have a valid Colorado Driver’s license and acceptable driving record. An unacceptable driving record is a record with more than 3 occurrences of any combination of accidents (regardless of fault) or moving violations during the past three years and/or a record with 1 serious violation in last three years.
