    Position Details

    Position Overview

    The Client Relations Associate is responsible for educating clients on produces and services provided by the organization. This position will also help coordinate and execute delivery of care with local teams, as well as selling or introducing new corporate products or services to established clients/patients.

     

    Essential Job Functions

     

    Make outbound calls to clients

     

    Coordinate service or product delivery with local teams

     

    Supporting the reseller communication channel throughout the sales interval.

     

    Attend sales group meeting

     

    Document activity in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)

    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree

     

    Proficient typing skills

     

    Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record that meet company standards

    Must be able to adhere to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times

     

    Proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel

     

    Must possess a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

     

    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

     

    Proven ability to work independently at times and within a team

     

    Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines

     

    Demonstrated ability to interact in a collaborative manner with other departments and teams

    Physical Requirements

    Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English

     

    Must be able to travel; company does not provide vehicles or transportation

     

    Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 25 pounds

     

    Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting

     

    Must be able to sit and climb stairs

     

    Must have visual and hearing acuity

     

    Environment

     

    Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions
