    We are seeking a Digital Solutions Channel Owner to lead the strategy and growth of our Online and Mobile Banking (OB/MB) platforms. This role is key to driving engagement, optimizing user experiences, and managing vendor relationships to ensure we deliver a seamless, innovative digital banking experience to our customers.

     

    This is an in-office position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and own the digital channel roadmap for OB/MB, prioritizing features and functionality.

    + Drive user engagement and growth within our customer base.

    + Collaborate with Treasury Management and Marketing to enhance commercial adoption and design targeted campaigns.

    + Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and optimal performance.

    + Utilize data and user feedback to optimize the platform, integrate third-party solutions, and streamline workflows.

    + Lead A/B testing initiatives and deliver insights to improve channel effectiveness.

    + Ensure platform design and UI meet brand, regulatory, and compliance standards.

    + Develop and report on KPIs to monitor traffic, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    + Associate-s degree with 6-8 years of banking experience in digital channels (online banking, mobile apps, website management).

    + Experience as a Online or Mobile Banking Product Owner is required. This includes but is not limited to Q2, Digital Insights, Retail Online Banking, Alkami, and Temenos.

    + Strong background in product management, particularly within digital or technology-driven industries.

    + Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud preferred.

    + Knowledge of third-party solutions like Jack Henry, Fiserv, and FIS is a plus.

    + Proficiency in Agile methodology and tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau for performance monitoring.

    + Excellent presentation skills for various audiences, including staff, management, and executives.
