Duties:

+ We are seeking for an experienced DevOps Engineer as a contractor to join our team to complete specific targeted projects. An ideal candidate would be specialized experience in Devops, software development and security practices.

+ In this role you will be responsible for delivering projects that makes a significant business impact. You will be working closely with the product security assurance team to implement requirements for SSDF(Secure software Development Framework).

Key Responsibilities:

+ Integrate security tools and checks (e.g., static and dynamic analysis, dependency scans) into CI/CD pipelines.

+ Automate vulnerability scanning, code quality checks, and compliance validation processes.

+ Optimize infrastructure for CI/CD

Skills:

+ Experience: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer for 7-10 years with a lead role for atleast 1+years.

+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in CI/CD and version control tools (GitHub, Github Actions, git), cloud platforms (AWS), configuration management tools

+ Programming and Scripting: Strong experience with programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

+ Containerization: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

+ Process: Implement branching strategies and code review processes to enhance code quality and collaboration.

+ Monitoring and Logging: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana or Splunk.

+ System and networking: Familiarity with system administration tasks, including managing Linux and Windows servers, configuring network services, and ensuring system security and performance optimization.

+ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

+ Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

+ Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, DevOps tools, or related technologies are a plus.

+ Security Compliance: Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.

Education:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer for 5+ years, with a lead role for atleast 1+years
