Requirements

+ High School Diploma Minimum

+ Must be available Mon-Friday 3-8pm and Saturdays are highly preferable.

+ Commit to a consistent schedule with clients

+ English fluency required

+ Strong communication and documentation skills

+ An upbeat and creative attitude to efficiently engage with clients through play-based therapy

+ Patience and passion to serve clients of varying ability

+ Ability to complete job's physical demands such as lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent

+ sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children

Roles and Responsibilities

+ Delivering ABA treatment programs developed by a BCBA

+ Providing direct client care in a 1:1 setting in the client's home

+ Working with clients' families to implement client treatment plan

+ Attending staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested

+ Completing daily data collection in a detailed and timely manner

Conditions of Employment

+ Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice

+ Must have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of auto insurance

+ Must adhere to all federal, state and local laws/legislation as applicable as well as HIPAA

+ laws and regulatory agencies

+ Must attend all BTA required training

+ Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing per company policies

+ Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certificate

+ Must have the following immunizations:

Rubella (2-series), Rubeola (2-series), Mumps (2-series), Varicella (2-series), Hepatitis B (3-series)(Declination acceptable), Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable), Absence of Tuberculosis (TB)
