Overview

St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our Consolidated Service Center team (CSC).

Under minimal supervision, the System Analyst reviews business requirements, analyzes and evaluates existing and/or proposed systems and designs and develops IT system solutions in response.

+ Build, configure, and program applications to meet user requirements for new and optimized workflows in designated software applications and systems.

+ Implement new software applications and systems, performs upgrades consistent with project plan(s), technical specifications, and operations requirements of the health system. Provide proactive remediation of potential issues.

+ Tests and validates software applications and systems to ensure proper operation, implementation of software design and end-user acceptance

+ Identify and diagnose issues that arise in the supported application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them. Assess severity of issues and prioritize responses as appropriate.

+ Ensures documentation is provided for support, end user training and testing/validation. May provide implementation support with end users.

+ May assist in developing project plans and details. Apply principles of Project Management (may include but not limited to: project schedules, agile principles, budget and status reports) to accomplish project objectives.

+ Follows established protocols in the execution of all activities to ensure the safety and security of information system assets, processes, and data.

+ Possesses advanced knowledge of subject matter. Handles complex issues and problems across multiple platforms and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.

+ Provides coaching and mentoring to others in acquiring knowledge and skill development

+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree

+ Experience: 4 years relevant experience

+ Licenses/Certifications: None

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with the Infor CloudSuite ERP system, particularly with the Supply Chain functionality.

+ Experience with the Tecsys Elite warehouse management system.

+ Experience working with a Tecsys Elite system integrated with a warehouse control system (e.g., Matthews Nexus system) and associated automated storage and retrieval equipment (e.g., Hai Robotics or Modula VLM).

+ System administration experience, especially with the Tecsys Elite system, as some duties entail system administration responsibilities.

+ Candidates with similar experience with other ERP or warehouse management systems would also be given strong consideration.
