Fulfillment Assistant Lead

Full Time Position: (First Shift M-F)

$20.00/hour

POSITION DUTIES:

+ Act as primary team leader during absence of the Pulling Coordinator.

+ Assist in providing proper training and work direction to the Pulling Fulfillment Team.

+ Pull, pack, and load product for Nursery Wholesale customers.

+ Ensure equipment is being used and maintained in proper manner.

+ To perform nursery wholesale duties when necessary including receiving incoming product, and other maintenance duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Two-year horticulture certificate or equivalent nursery/landscape experience and two years customer service/nursery yard operations, preferred

+ Excellent working knowledge of landscape plant materials required.

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

+ Must have good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and demonstrated ability to work as a team player.

+ MNLA Nursery Professional Certification preferred.
