What You'll Be Doing

+ Work with the Process Optimization Manager and stakeholders.

+ Establish project objectives and ensure successful completion.

+ Identify and mitigate risks through continuous HR data monitoring.

+ Utilize technology for predictive analytics and risk assessment.

+ Monitor process effectiveness and recommend improvements.

What Are We Looking For

+ 5+ years experience in HR data analytics

+ Knowledge in data management, security, and compliance best practices

+ Use tools like run charts, Pareto analysis, and cause & effect matrices.

+ Develop and implement technical solutions for HR processes.

+ Create control plans for process improvements.

+ Conduct root cause analysis using methods like 5 Why’s and Fishbone Diagrams.
