    Description

    UCLA Health is seeking to hire a full-time Clinical Inpatient Dietitian to join our Department of Nutrition. You will provide medical nutrition therapy to specialized areas of adult pediatric, and NICU clinical nutrition in the following areas: Liver transplant, critical care, GI, organ transplant, cardiology, renal oncology, and more. You will work with a multidisciplinary team that consists of Dietitians, Food Service Personnel, Nurses, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

    Primary duties include:

    + Assessing and documenting the nutrition status of patients

    + Developing, implementing, and monitoring assessments and nutrition care plans

    + Integrating and providing patient education

    + Acting as a liaison to home health agencies

    + Participating in departmental activities

    Qualifications

    + Registered Dietitian (RD)

    + Bachelor's degree in Food/Nutrition or related field
