    Summary:

    Assist the Therapy department in resident treatments, perform clerical work, maintain s the department and its equipment, and transports the residents to and from therapy

    Responsibilities:

    EDUCATION

    + High School Diploma or GED required

    + Certification as a Nursing Assistant

    EXPERIENCE

    + Long Term Experience beneficial

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

    + Must be able to read, write and understand the English language

    + Communication skills which may be inclusive of approach, tone of voice, speed of communication, respectfulness and non verbal communication

    + Ability to relate well with people of diverse backgrounds, training and experience

    + Highly motivated

    + History of exceeding job expectations
