Job Summary:

Rio Grande Regional Hospital is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team at ER 24/7 Edinburg, Texas.

Qualified Candidates:

+ BE/BC in EM, or FM/IM with experience

Incentives/Benefits:

+ 11,000 Annual volume

+ Up to 120 hours per month available

+ 24 hours of physician coverage

+ 12-hour shifts

+ Independent Contractor Status

+ Malpractice Insurance with tail coverage provided

+ Our freestanding emergency room in Edinburg, TX is an extension of our main facility Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen, TX.

+ Affiliation with Rio Grande Regional Hospital makes direct admission when necessary to the hospital simple and seamless

+ 11 private treatment rooms and a highly specialized trauma room

+ 6% admission rate

+ Meditech EMR

+ Blood Work processed on the on-site lab

+ CT scan, ultrasound, and X-rays completed on site
