    What you’ll do as an Internal Communications Manager

     

    + Develop and implement internal communications strategies: Create and execute comprehensive communication plans that support business objectives, key initiatives, and employee engagement for Dycom Enterprise, that includes Dycom Corporate as well as the 37 independent operating subsidiaries

    + Manage the internal communications calendar and direction of activities

    + Oversee internal communication channels: optimize the use of various communication channels, including digital dashboard, email, newsletters, support town town halls, and internal social platforms

    + Create engaging content: write, edit, and produce high-quality content (e.g., announcements, articles, videos, presentations) that informs, inspires, and resonates with employees

    + Support leadership communications: collaborate with senior leaders to craft and deliver effective communications that build trust and transparency

    + Promote the development of employee engagement: develop and implement initiatives that foster a sense of community, encourage feedback, and recognize employee contributions

    + Support the manage of internal events: plan and execute internal events, such as town halls, employee appreciation events, and team-building activities

    + Measure and analyze results: proactively plan and track the effectiveness of internal communications efforts and make data-driven adjustments to optimize reach and impact

    + Stay informed: keep abreast of internal communication, best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies

    + Manage Internal Communication Sr. Analyst

     

    What you’ll need

     

    + To be 18 years of age or older

    + Authorization to work in the United States for this company

    + Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field

    + Proven experience. 8-10 years of experience in an Internal Communications Manager or similar role

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

    + Strong understanding of internal communication principles and best practices

    + Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies

    + Proficiency in various communication channels and tools. Must be able to speak to these elements directly

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Strong organizational and project management skills

    + Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

    Additional qualifications

    + Experience in change management communication

    + Knowledge of internal social platforms and employee advocacy programs.

    + Experience with a variety of digital platform environments, preferably FirstUp
