    We are seeking dependable and motivated CNC machinists to join our team. This position will be Monday-Friday on our 2nd shift (3:30PM-Midnight).

    Hourly rate ranges from $28.08-30.52

     

    Utilize various CNC machines to create parts for hydraulic pumps. Assemble or test hydraulic pumps and motors. Plan, perform and make decisions as to the sequence of operations and processes; Oversee preparation of work to be accomplished by studying the job packet and work instruction. Resolve problems to meet specifications; Ensure documented actions occur by completing production and quality forms. Keep equipment operational and in specification by alerting Quality Control or Maintenance of preventive maintenance requirements. Maintain product quality by following established procedures and customer requirements; promote and maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with procedures, policies, training and regulations. Provide on the job training and cross training to increase rotation, responsiveness and flexibility within the work teams. Communicate and assist troubleshooting for quality problems. Communicate all pertinent information to supervisor and teammates. Participate in continuous improvement project team activities and other activities as directed by Supervisor. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.

    High School Diploma / GED. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with CNC machines. Technical ability and strong troubleshooting skills. Experience using hand tools and basic measuring instruments. Ability to work with minimal supervision / guidance. Basic computer skills. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed to fulfill business requirements. Ability to work on second shift- 3:30PM-Midnight Monday through Friday.
