RESCAR is rapidly growing and searching for a Track Foreman to lead  our crew out of our Gonzalez Service Center.

What You'll Do:

+ Supervise the Installation of railroad track and embankments including special track work, road crossings, signage, and rail lubricators

+ Use hand and power tools and a wide variety of sizes and types of track machines including:  Spike pullers, spike drivers, tie adze, hydraulic rail jacks, power wrenches, tie boring machines, rail drills, rail grinders, and rail saws

+ Operate Highway trucks equipped with rail guide wheels, hydraulic booms, and lift gates to remove and replace ties, rails, fasteners - cut or screw spikes, anti-creepers, bolts, elastic clips, insulators, rail seat pads, and conventional and insulated rail joints, special track work components, crushed rock ballast, crossing surfaces, paving, subgrade material, vegetation, signs, and structures.

What You'll Need:

+ 1-3 years working in the rail industry preferred

+ Valid driver's license

+ Updated background check, drug test and physical

+ Continuous mental and visual attention is required to perform duties (such as working around heavy and moving equipment), involving repetitive or diversified work requiring constant alertness or activity, required

+ The desire to work hard for potential to grow with a great company!
