Services Central Large Generator Manufacturing Business Segment is hiring an

Inventory / Financial Analyst to be an integral member of this highly visible,

dynamic, and hard-working team. As a member of the finance team, you will have primary

responsibility for Inventory controlling, forecasting, & budgeting

activities as well as process-improvement development. In addition, the

position will also be responsible for supporting external auditing requests

related to inventory and collaborating with technical partners in support of

project execution and related activities.

HowYou’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

+ Manage inventory reporting, forecasting, and bi-monthly inventory reports for **MGT** & **MHG**

+ Perform accountreconciliations, including Inventory, Accounts Payable, Aging, and Reserve.

+ Prepare, analyze, andextract reports from SAP and other databases/tools.

+ Support financialplanning, monthly forecasts, and month-end closing activities, includingjournal entry postings.

+ Lead SOA controls for inventory, RIC testing, and support external auditing requirements ( **KPMG** )

+ Handle ad-hoc requests,research data inquiries, and drive process improvements.

WhatYou Bring (requirements)

+ A bachelor’s degree inaccounting, finance, or a related field required

+ 2+ years’ experience infinance/accounting or equivalent experience

+ Strong communicationskills with the ability to convey sophisticated information to both technicaland non technical audiences, collaborate across all levels, and work optimallywithin teams to drive consensus and solutions.

+ Expertise inforecasting, budgeting, financial analysis (trend, variance), and monthlyreporting, with proficiency in SAP (FICO) and Microsoft Office.

+ Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to changingpriorities, with a continuous improvement mentality.

+ Applicants must belegally authorized for employment in the United States without need for currentor future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees withcurrent visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
