    Job Overview:

    RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated & experienced RN for our New Cancer Support Program at Monmouth Medical Center.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + RN Degree

    + NJ RN License

    + At least one year Oncology experience

    + BLS(American Heart Association)

    Preferred:

    + BSN

    + Specialty Certification

    Scheduling Requirements:

    + Full Time

    Essential Functions:

    + Under the direction of the Regional Director Oncology Support Services the Program Coordinator RN will work with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure smooth planning and execution of the Incidental Finding Program

    + The RN will manage the workflow of patients in the Program from radiological incidental findings through care coordination

    + This nurse serves as a patient advocate to ensure appropriate timeliness and access to care

    + Program Coordinator RN will work with medical staff, participate in institutional activities, and attend community events
