    Job Summary:

    Student assistant will uphold the library's standard of service through interactions with customers over the phone, in-person, and chat. They will utilize multiple software platforms to verify study room reservations and loan study room keys, and to circulate library materials. Student assistant will help with special projects and events, will engage with library team and customers in the building, will assist with opening and closing the library, and will help with other daily and weekly tasks as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Must be a matriculated Undergraduate or Graduate College Student.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Customer service experience; detail oriented with organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively within a team; good communication skills; basic familiarity with computers and software.

    Work Days:

    Morning, midday, or evening shifts with possible weekends.
