    Robert Half Finance & Accounting (Tulsa, OK)


    Description We are offering an opportunity for a QuickBooks Specialist in TULSA, Oklahoma. This role primarily revolves around the accounting industry, where you will handle tasks related to customer account management and inquiries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.

    • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.

    • Maintain and update the general ledger on a regular basis.

    • Prepare and post journal entries as part of the accounting process.

    • Manage the month-end close process in a timely and accurate manner.

    • Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks and operations.

    • Process payroll using ADP software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent required, and AA degree or higher in Accounting or Business preferred

    • 5-plus years of relevant accounting experience with QuickBooks desktop and Online

    • Ability to provide outstanding client service and treat individuals with respect

    • Experience handling projects that require a high attention to detail and ability to follow checklists

    • Comprehensive understanding of double-entry accounting and able to prepare journal entries as needed
