Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Service Technician - Industrial to join their team. As a Service Technician, you will be part of the technical support team, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining equipment performance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a self-motivated attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Respond to customer questions and tech support calls in a courteous and friendly manner.

+ Read and interpret data logs and error code logs from automated equipment.

+ Diagnose problems, identify defective components, and perform repairs.

+ Install electronic parts and hardware while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

+ Record phone calls, customer issues, and service-related events in the CRM database.

What's Needed?

+ Certificate or diploma beyond High School is desired.

+ Proven ability to stay organized under pressure.

+ Basic knowledge of PLC functionality and related technical experience in Electrical/Electronics.

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical/electronic schematics.

+ Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
